We had an amazing time at this accommodation that proved to be perfect for our family. the Knight's castle location was so much fun for our little ones and the King's castle location offered breathtaking views. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, while the front office service was professional and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the view from our room was stunning. Not to mention, the a-la-carte restaurant was great, and there were enough facilities to keep the kids entertained without even entering the park.

It's nice that kids can still play in many of the playgrounds in the Feriendorf, since legoland closes early (6:00pm) and opens late (10:00am). So if travelling with young children, this is really a very ideal location. But if children are older, other hotels in Gunzburg or even Ulm (30 min. Driving) will be more value for money.
Buffet restaurant is too expensive (one of the only two dining choices in the Feriendorf). We stayed in the Superior room (Egypt style). But besides the cool lego decorations in and outside the room, room space is so small and bathroom set up (extremely simple, probably below 2 stars) is really not like what I paid for.

Close to legoland.
Way overpriced. The room in the legoland village is described as being able to accommodate 6 people but its room is tiny. The stairs to the gallery floor are too steep for children and there are no windows. The shower and toilets are very small. The towels are very small, no kettle, no wardrobe, only 2 chairs and 2 cups in bathroom, wich were not replaced the next day. Breakfast - the worst I had so fare and we travel a lot. Everything is extra - ropes, night entertainment in a park, wifi. It is never mentioned until you go to use it.

The hotel is located very close to Legoland park, making it convenient for families visiting the park. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable, with a bunk bed for small children. The breakfast buffet, which was included in our stay, was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
All was satisfactory.

The room in the legoland village is described as being able to accommodate 6 people but the room is tiny. The stairs to the gallery floor are very steep. The shower and toilets are very small. The towels are very small and stiff which remind me of the towels during my army service period. All in all facilities for kids are great but the room itself not at par.

The location is excellent. There are many activities on the grounds to entertain the whole family.
The reception desk did not give us enough information regarding their facilities. The ropes course looks great and it costs extra (which is fine), but you need to pay for it at reception not at the actual course. Also they told us about their dining facilities, but they did not mention that you need reservations for one of their restaurants. Also I thought both of the restaurants were priced a bit high. They need something else available with lighter fare ie. sandwiches, side dishes, etc.

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. The kids absolutely loved the unique experience of the camping barrels. It was so much fun for them! The proximity to the park was also a big plus for us. We were able to easily access all the facilities for children and our daughter was thrilled with all the attractions. The pond-and-sand area was a hit! And even after Legoland closed, the adventure continued at the hotel. The breakfast provided was excellent, probably the best we've ever had in a hotel. Plus, we got a great deal on the Legoland tickets by purchasing them at the venue. we highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

Location and themed rooms.
Small cabin-like rooms, 2 families per cabin with a thin wall separating each.

Close to the Legoland, which might be accessed by rear entrance. Designed with Lego items, which makes children happy. Many playgrounds around, also small beach at pond. You may park car next to your lodge.
Price for night much higher than suppose to be just because you are at Lego hotel. No kettle in room, also not availabe for rent in reception. Very small rooms 6 beds, but lodge design max for 4 persons), with restricted wardrobe/ storage possibilities - only 5-6 coathooks and one 4-drawer cabinet. Generally, no place where to put your belongings, so we kept them in our bags. Good for 1-2 night stay only.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which we found to be great value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially when you consider everything that is included. We loved the attention to detail in the rooms, which were decorated in a fun and playful Lego theme. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the LEGOLAND park, as it is fairly close and within walking distance through a beautiful forest. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all provided, and we were impressed with the travel cot for small children, as well as the bunk bed in our room. The buffet breakfast at the steak house was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

We spent thanksgiving in a theme park resort near Ulm. the complementary breakfast buffet and parking were a plus. the resort was 5 minutes from the park, perfect if you want to maximize time. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and sauna in the evening.
The room was worn out, the curtains were dirty and the toilet smelled. we felt the price was high for what we got.
